<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sample analysis system of a structure for performing component analysis while dispensing with complicated work such as grinding down of food which is an analyzing object to extract a liquid specimen. <P>SOLUTION: The analyzing object held on an object holding member 110 is at least compressed by an object compression member 120 to cause a liquid specimen to flow out therefrom.
