<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor capable of accurately eliminating reverse taking even near an edge area. <P>SOLUTION: An edge determination part 12 determines an edge in an input image reduced by a reduction part 11. A color estimation part 13 estimates an original color that is not subjected to reverse taking from the input image about an edge area and from the image reduced by the reduction part 11 about a non-edge area, according to a result of the edge determination performed by the edge determination part 12.
