A pipe connecting apparatus is provided to connect/disconnect pipes in a convenient manner under the condition of repeating connecting/disconnection of pipes. A pipe connecting apparatus includes a housing(10), a holder, and a stopper member. The housing has one end coupled to a first pipe member(1), and a flow channel inside. The housing includes a compressing ring(14) of a predetermined thickness fitted to the fluid flow channel. The holder is inserted to the fluid flow channel of the housing, having a plurality of elastic pieces(21) arranged in the circumferential direction. A second pipe member(2) is inserted to the hole formed by the elastic pieces, and to the compression ring such that the elastic pieces are contracted by the compression ring and tighten the second pipe member. The stopper member allows the holder inserted into the second pipe member and the compression ring to get caught at the housing.
