PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for an accessory for a surface-decorated siding, which enables the accessory to be accurately manufactured from a single metallic base plate. SOLUTION: A central-side decorative convex portion 6a of an intermediate molded article A', which is equipped with a covering portion 3 and a mounting leg portion 2, is pressed. Subsequently, an end-side decorative convex portion 6b, which continues into the convex portion 6a, is formed by applying press molding to a flat plate-like portion 9 in an overlapping state, which constitutes both side ends of the covering portion 3, while maintaining the state of pressing the convex portion 6a. Thus, such a decorative convex portion 6 as to continue into a decorative protrusion 32 of a surface decoration 31 of the siding 30 is formed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
