The invention is in the field of devices for heating and/or cooking food and consists in inserting, in conventional static convection ovens, two ventilation elements, which are vertically mutually opposite and concentric with respect to two resistors, respectively, and can be contained in two movable tubular bodies; respectively, the lower body is anchored to the bottom of the oven and the upper body is anchored to the top of the oven. The tubular bodies, depending on their diameter, can contain a diaphragm, which is provided with a plurality of holes, or a housing, which is also provided with holes. |
