PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerator which does not need a larege force for drawing a door, is convenient to take out food stored in the drawn lowermost storage container, and also convenient to use a storage container having the highest frequency of putting in and out food. SOLUTION: When the door 15 is drawn except the storage container 16 which is a part of tiered storage containers located on the rear side (the inside of the refrigerator body 1) of the door 15, the remaining tiered storage containers 18, 17 are drawn out together with the door 15, and the rest storage container 16 remains in the refrigerator body 1. Among the tiered storage containers 18, 17 drawn out together with the door 15, the uppermost storage container 17 has the smallest volume among all the tiered storage containers 16-18 including the storage container 16 remaining in the refrigerator body 1.
