PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration absorbing device whose vibration absorbing effects is changed to meet the vibrating state of a vibrating object and is easily checked (viewed). SOLUTION: The vacuum vibration absorbing device for suppressing vibration comprises: a vacuum maintaining member having a pair of flanges integrally mounted at both ends of a cylindrical bellows; and a plurality of elastic members arranged between the pair of flanges. The flanges 9 have a plurality of arm portions 10 (four pieces in Fig.) in which a plurality of holes 11 are opened. The positions of the holes 11 where the elastic members 3 are mounted, are changed to suppress vibration as desired.
