PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a useful snow melting method widely used for civil engineering, architecture, etc. by developing a snow melting method for melting snow in northern countries at a low cost under environmental deterioration. SOLUTION: The snow melting method can be executed according to individual conditions at a low cost to obtain far-infrared rays by pulverizing charcoal and bamboo charcoal into fine powder and mixing and combining it with paving asphalt and to easily attain heat energy saving only by mounting terminals to melt snow on an arterial road, an airport, or the like.
