A riding sports machine including a saddle is provided to lead the aerobic exercise by making the movement of the saddle like the movement of the horse saddle. A riding sports machine comprises: an oscillation device which is installed on the frame(10) and vibrates the saddle(12); a saddle which is installed at the upper part of the oscillation device and move the body of a user in the riding movement; and a drive unit(41) operating the oscillation device. The oscillation device conducts the riding movement by changing front movement of the saddle into leaping movement of a horse and changing the advance and retreat action into kicking motion.
