METHOD FOR CHARCOAL PRODUCTION INTO A DUAL-CISTERN CLOSED-CIRCUIT CARBONIZATION FURNACE

Novelty: method for the production of stable-quality charcoal with use of a furnace and a closed-circuit system meant for the valorization of gaseous sub-products not emitted to the environment. Constitution: two interfitting cisterns with a gap formed therebetween, a distillation unit, a heat-producing source and an electronic board; the internal cistern is connected, via piping, to the distillator whereto -while heating- the gasified sub-products being liquefied during transmission are drawn. Production process: the sub-products are collected at the distillation phase while the gases are expanded at the last exit and conducted, through piping, to the exit of the heat-producing source for being combusted and saving thus energy. The raw material is placed in the internal cistern for being decomposed in the absence of oxygen while the hot air which is indispensable for the heating of the internal chamber is circulating in the external cistern. Sprayers placed in the internal cistern are susceptible to induce the cooling of the product.
