The blinker has a blinker element (4) with a cylindrical outer surface (5) and connecting with a fishing line and a hook. The enclosing unit is designed such that the enclosing unit moves forwards and backwards together with the element and a spring presses together. The hook is hinged by a connecting unit (11) at the element and is designed, such that the hook engages with the nip having hook burr in an initial state of the radial recess and releases while compressing the spring.
