The device has a stem (1) and a rail clip (4) fixed to the stem, where the rail clip is provided for direct admission of a headlights (7). The headlights consist of LED with collimating optics, where heat loss of the headlight is delivered to the rail clip and to a handle bar (3). The headlights are operated by an electrical storage cell accommodated inside of the stem. An electrical connection between headlights and the electrical storage cell is provided by fixing bolts (5) of the rail clip. The stem and the rail clip are made of metal, metal alloy or carbon fiber reinforced plastic.
