PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize the voltage obtained in a boot-strapping circuit of a plasma display device. SOLUTION: A scanning electrode driving circuit includes: a boot-strapping circuit 61 having a first capacitor C61 in which one terminal is connected to a terminal on an output side of a prescribed power supply E61 via a first diode D61, and other terminal is connected to a second node N62 and connected to a terminal on a standard potential side of the prescribed power supply E61 via a second diode D62, with respect to a first node N61 superposed with a sustain pulse and to the second mode N62 connected to the first node N61 via a first resister R61; and a second capacitor C62 which is charged via the second resistor R62 from the first capacitor C61 of the boot-strapping circuit 61, and operates as a floating power supply 62 superposed on the first node N61.
