<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the location/azimuth measurement system of an unmanned vehicle with the deviation of a traveling location and azimuth reduced. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This location/azimuth measurement system is configured to drive a wheel device through a traveling control device 28 while calculating its own location and azimuth by a location/azimuth arithmetic unit 21, and to make an unmanned vehicle 10 travel along a designated traveling route. A information receiver 25 respectively loaded on the front and the rear ends of the body transmits a detection signal TP to the location/azimuth arithmetic unit 21 when detecting an information transmission element 15 on the traveling route, and a location/azimuth arithmetic unit 21 stores the location/azimuth data of the location and azimuth calculated when receiving the detection signal TP, and compares the location/azimuth data with location/azimuth correction data based on the detection value in detection obtained by the location/azimuth correction device 27, and corrects the location and azimuth of the unmanned vehicle 10.
