摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a melt-quenched Fe-based soft magnetic alloy thin band which has low iron loss and low exciting power, and a magnetic core which uses the same and suitable to a transformer core etc. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided a wide Fe-based soft magnetic alloy thin band of 20 mm or larger in width manufactured by a melt-quenching solidification method, the melt-quenched Fe-based soft magnetic alloy thin band being made malformed on a thin band surface in a corrugated pattern in the length direction of a free solidification surface side of the Fe-based soft magnetic alloy thin band at substantially constant intervals toward a thin band width direction and characterized in that parts which are not made malformed in the corrugated pattern are to the overall width of the thin band, and recesses by laser light irradiation are formed at the parts which are not malformed in the corrugated pattern in a thin band-width direction on the thin band surface. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
