PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor cooling structure capable of evenly cooling along with a peripheral direction of a coil end, while reducing a size and a cost with a simple structure.SOLUTION: A motor cooling structure includes: a pipe member that extends to a peripheral direction of the stator core, while facing to an outer peripheral surface of a stator core and forms a cooling passage in an inner part; and a coolant ejection unit that is disposed to two or more places of both sides of the pipe member in an axial direction of the stator core, and ejects coolant toward an end coil projecting in both end parts of the axial direction of the stator core.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
