<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abutting terminal capable of preventing deterioration of an electrical connection characteristic due to plastic deformation of a corrugated plate-like spring part bearing an abutting plate part by restraining plastic deformation of the spring part. <P>SOLUTION: In an abutting terminal, a corrugated plate-like spring part 30 bears an abutting plate part 20 on a terminal body elastically displaceably by abutting against a mating abutting terminal. In the spring part 30, a cross sectional area of folded plate parts 303a which serve as a peak part and a trough part of a corrugate plate shape is set larger than a cross sectional area of a linear plate part 303b approximately linearly connecting the adjacent folded plate parts 303a, and bending rigidity of the folded plate part 303a is made larger bending rigidity of the linear plate 303b. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
