摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an earthquake determination device which individually adopts influences from an environment around a position where vibration is detected, and thereby conducts earthquake determination with higher precision.SOLUTION: An earthquake determination device capable of acquiring earthquake determination information from a server includes: a vibration detection section for detecting vibration; information arithmetic means for generating a feature amount intended to determine an earthquake from data related to the detected vibration; device earthquake determination means for applying the feature amount as input and outputting an earthquake determination result using a determination function of machine learning with a teacher; device communication means for transmitting a query to the server about earthquake determination information corresponding to the earthquake determination result and receiving the earthquake determination information from the server; and teacher data management means for generating a teacher data set in which the received earthquake determination information is associated with the feature amount used to output the earthquake determination result when transmitting the query, and for teaching the device earthquake determination means by using the teacher data set.
