PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical device that uses electrodeposition elements.SOLUTION: The optical device includes: first and second transparent substrates that are arranged with the first transparent substrate opposite the second transparent substrate; a first transparent electrode that is arranged in a surface of the first transparent substrate opposite the second transparent substrate; a first ornament electrode that is arranged in the surface of the first transparent electrode, is composed with fine particles having conductivity and translucency laminated, and includes a first area cladding the first transparent electrode and a second area exposing the first transparent electrode; a second transparent electrode that is arranged in a surface of the second transparent substrate opposite the first transparent substrate; and an electrolyte layer that is filled into a gap between the first and second transparent substrates, and contains an electrodeposition material including silver.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
