PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a separation membrane module which can be manufactured with high dimensional accuracy at a low cost even if an end pipe connected to one end of a tubular separation membrane is made to be long, and makes the circulation resistance of a fluid flowing in the end pipe small, and improve the strength of the end pipe.SOLUTION: A separation membrane module has a cylindrical housing 2; tubular separation membranes 3 disposed in a longitudinal direction of the housing 2; end pipes 4 connected to one side ends of the tubular separation membranes 3; a supporting plate 5 for supporting the end pipes 4; and baffles 7 and 8 disposed in parallel with the supporting plate 5, and having insertion holes 7a and 8a in which the tubular separation membranes are inserted. The end pipes 4 are inserted in insertion holes 5a provided on the supporting plate 5. The end pipe 4 is coupled with a pipe 4A and nozzle pipes 4b and 4c, by an O-ring. The end pipe 4 is made by welding the pipe 4A and the nozzle pipes 4b and 4c with welding metal 4w and 4y.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
