The present invention configures a device for efficiently dispersing ceramic particles in a molten metal by simple steps. The device is equipped with: a ceramic particle supply part in which dry-state ceramic particles are made to fly off using the blowing of a carrier gas thereinto and from which the ceramic particles are ejected together with the carrier gas; a nozzle through which the ejected ceramic particles are jetted together with the carrier gas; and a melt reservoir part which retains a molten metal into which the ceramic particles are introduced by the jetting of the ceramic particles.
