PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical fiber cooler capable of achieving cost reduction and an increase in optical fiber cooling efficiency and capable of easily cooling an optical fiber, a laser oscillator, and an optical fiber cooling method.SOLUTION: An optical fiber cooler 5 includes a cooling pipe 10.
