PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means for exhibiting flexibility (bending resistance) which can be practically used, particularly, even when used in the application of a substrate for a flexible display and the like, by a simpler technique than conventional techniques, in a transparent laminated film used in a substrate for an optical member and the like using a heat resistant resin such as polyimide.SOLUTION: There is provided a transparent laminated film which has a pair of transparent substrates having a total light transmittance of 80% or more and a glass transition temperature of 270°C or higher, and a silica-based film which is interposed between the pair of transparent substrates and is formed by a sol-gel method, where any moisture permeability of the pair of transparent substrates on condition of 40°C 90%Rh measured according to JISZ0208 is 10-2,000 g/m24hr.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
