PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine a surface state of a molding in a short time.SOLUTION: A surface state determination device determines a surface state of a molding manufactured from at least two kinds of substances having mutually different infrared reflection intensities on the basis of a measurement result of the infrared reflection intensity of the molding; on the basis of measurement data in a wavelength band where there is absorption due to water and in a wavelength band where there is no absorption due to water, among measurement data having indicated the measurement result, calculates a relative reflection intensity ratio between the measurement data; on the basis of the calculated relative reflection intensity ratio, calculates absorbance in the wavelength band where there is absorption due to water; and according to a degree of deviation between absorbance estimated from an estimation moisture amount of the molding and the calculated absorbance, determines the surface state. |
