A sensor integrated circuit, comprising: a housing, a semiconductor substrate arranged inside the housing, an output port extending out from the housing, input ports configured to connect an external power supply, and an electronic circuitry arranged on the semiconductor substrate, wherein the electronic circuitry comprises a rectifier, a power supply module, an output control circuit and a detecting circuit, wherein
