PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide insoles of shoes and the manufacture thereof each comprising a three-dimensional structured bag body by double sewing. SOLUTION: A sewn bag body 3 in which fabrics 4 of an upper member 2 previously cut out in a specified form are sewn between the rears thereof is turned inside out and a foamed sheet 11 or the like is packed thereinto from a cut insertion hole 9 provided on the underside of the bag body 3. Thereafter, the bag body is fitted into a mold to finish an insole 1 by a beat press processing. As a result, there is no need for excessive processes and any complicated device or the like thereby enabling the diversifying of design and the expanding of the selection range. This also allows applying of various dust pieces in a shoes making process as a filling material thereby contributing to the recycling and the saving of resources and achieves a lowering of production costs with a simple manufacturing.
