PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continue to stabilize the sliding performance for a long period, as well as to allow the mass production at a low cost by facilitating the formation of a rail, and to produce in a standard mass production so as to be applied generally widely as the general purpose machine elements, in a rail with slide block used as the structural elements of a member- to -member relative movement mechanism of machine devices. SOLUTION: This rail consists of an aluminum rail 1 made in a square cross section form, having locking recessed lines 6 continued longitudinal direction, at the respective width direction centers of the outer peripheral surfaces at four surfaces, and having a symmetrical form making the shaft passing through the center 7 of the cross section form as the center, and a slide block 2 installed slidable on the outer periphery of the rail 1 by inserting its locking part 5 to the locking recessed lines 6. To the connection surface of the slide block 2 with the outer peripheral surface 4 of the rial 1, a resin lining 3 which consists of a fluorine resin is provided.
