PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat source control device capable of attaining energy saving by not wasting generated electricity and heat regarding a systematically operated heat source.

SOLUTION: This heat source control device 1 for controlling the operation of the heat source 16 for carrying out heat generation and power generation, has an operation plan preparing means 13 and a notifying means 15 and controls the operation of the heat source 16 based on an operation plan prepared by the operation plan preparing means 13. Predetermined information is notified by the notifying means 15 when the heat source 16 is put in a stop state without exceeding minimum working electric power or the heat quantity of a storage part 17 reaches the storage limit of heat quantity to put the heat source 16 in the stop state.
