PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elastomer composition which does not contain a plasticizer such as DOP or TOTM, can be sterilized withγ-rays and adhered with a solvent, and has excellent performances (transparency, mechanical strength, permanent elongation, whitening resistance and the like) as a product after processed into a tube and the like. SOLUTION: This chlorinated polyolefin composition is characterized by comprising 100 pts.mass of a chlorinated polyolefin which is obtained by chlorinating a polyolefin comprising ethylene homopolymer or an ethylene/α-olefin copolymer and having a density of≥0.90, and has a chlorine content of 25 to 45 mass%, a melt flow rate of 0.1 to 300 g/10 minutes, and a crystal melt calorie of 20 to 60 J/g by DSC method; 1 to 15 pts.mass of an epoxy derivative selected from epoxidized unsaturated oils or fats, epoxidized unsaturated fatty acid esters, epichlorohydrin derivatives, and epoxycyclohexane derivatives, and 0.05 to 3 pts.mass of a stabilizer selected from hydrotalcite stones.
