PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress road noise by suppressing the noise causing from a paved road itself. SOLUTION: This paved road comprises a roadbed formed between the surface layer of a paved structure and a road floor positioned on the lower side of the paved structure by interposing an elastic member 20 formed of a material lower in hardness than load supporting materials 10 and having a rubber-like elasticity between the load supporting materials 10 such as macadam, crushed stones, and so forth. The elastic material forming the elastic member 20 is, for example, an elastomer or a rubber. The elastic member 20 is formed in a plate shape, and its thickness is 0.05 to 20 mm.
