PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pedestal hardware used in wooden buildings, which hardware accepts a pillar in place accurately and resists well to earthquakes. SOLUTION: The pedestal hardware 61 is installed on the lower end of a pillar 12. The pedestal hardware 61 comprises a tubular insert 62 to be inserted into the lower end of the pillar 12 and fixed there, a collar-shaped receiver 63 formed at the outer circumference of the root of the insert 62 for receiving the lower end face of the pillar 12, and an annular plate 64 with a simple opening 64a formed in the inner circumference of the tubular insert 62 to accept the insertion of an anchor bolt 31.
