PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet that is excellent in adhesive strengths to a member and drop impact resistance and is suitably employable for fixing a component of an electronic apparatus by employing a pressure-sensitive adhesive composition that exhibits high adhesive force and excellent cohesive force though comprised of a resin for a pressure-sensitive adhesive having a low glass transition temperature. SOLUTION: The pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet comprises a nonwoven cloth or a polyester film and, formed on the both sides thereof, a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (A), where the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (A) is formed of a pressure-sensitive adhesive (b) comprised of a copolymer (a) that is obtained by copolymerizing tert-butyl methacrylate with other copolymerizable monomers, bears at least one of a carboxy group and a hydroxy group and has a weight-average molecular weight of 400,000-1,200,000 and a glass transition temperature of -70 to -40°C and of a crosslinking agent bearing a functional group reactive with at least one of the carboxy group or the hydroxy group.
