PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tall oil ester mixture which meets specific conditions and has compounding properties equal to or more than those of an aromatic oil to be used in natural rubber-comprising rubber compositions. SOLUTION: This rubber composition comprises 1-50 pts.wt. tall oil ester mixture having (a) an acid value of not higher than 30 and (b) kinematic viscosity at 100°C of not greater than 1,000 mPa s instead of an aromatic oil in the diene rubber-comprising rubber composition containing not less than 50 pts.wt. natural rubber or polyisoprerene rubber.
