<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-confinement structure which can reduce reflection of light on a surface of a solar cell, and can effectively carry out the light-confinement on the solar cell; and to provide a solar cell member sheet. <P>SOLUTION: The solar cell member is used as laminated outside the solar cell, is composed of a film of at least one layer, and has a light-confinement layer 4 as at least one layer of the film. The light-confinement layer 4 has an irregular structure 6, and the difference is 0.1 nm to 400μm among heights of the irregular structure 6.
