摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high performance vacuum heat insulating panel adaptable in a high temperature environment, having higher sticking-in and tearing-off resistance and lower cost while suppressing the aging deterioration of a heat conducting property. <P>SOLUTION: In the vacuum heat insulating panel, glass wool having an average fiber diameter of 3-5μm and containing no bonding agent, and a getter agent are covered with a facing material formed of metal foil, an organic high polymer (polyimide, polyamideimide, polyimidesiloxane, or polyamide) superior in oxygen permeability is used for welding the facing material, and its inside is depressurized and sealed. A welded layer has a welded portion only formed in a framed shape to suppress the generation of outgas while maintaining adhering strength. The vacuum heat insulating panel is placed in equipment having at least a 150°C heated portion where heat insulation is required. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p>
