PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately grasp a factor of disabled service provision in a case where a service can not be provided to user equipment, in a mobile communication system.

SOLUTION: In the mobile communication system according to the present invention, a method of providing service status information based on an access class restriction list in a mobile communication terminal includes the steps of: checking whether there is same information between information of the access class restriction list included in system information and pre-stored access class restriction information; providing the same information when there is the same information; and transmitting or outputting the same information to a service end. The present invention provides and displays, on a user interface, the factor why the user equipment may utilize only a restrictive service.
