<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a ventilation pressure loss, and to allow fuel vapor to flow at a greater flow rate. <P>SOLUTION: A valve member 4 has a guide face 47 guiding fluid on the inflow opening side to an outflow opening side when a second valve opens communication between the inflow opening and outflow opening, and the fluid on the inflow opening side flows to the outflow opening side through the guide face 47.
