摘要 <p>The invention pertains to a technology by which, before an actual anti--slip control is conducted, a driver is preliminarily given slip information and is thereby enabled to confirm driving conditions. A comparative example is shown in (a) of the figure, wherein since a slip factor has reached or exceeded a first threshold at time ta, a control unit automatically reduced the throttle valve angle (position) according to a conventional traction control. However, a reduction in engine output leads directly to a lowering in vehicle velocity, thereby heavily influencing a high--speed driving. On the other hand, as shown in (b) of the figure pertaining to a working example of the present invention, the slip factor reached or exceeded a second threshold at time tb, so that pulsative control was applied to the throttle valve. The driver took such a measure as slightly turning an accelerator grip, and, as a result, the rear wheel speed approached the front wheel speed, though there was some time lag. Since the measure was taken at the second threshold, the slip factor would not exceed the first threshold.</p>
