PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently discharge a heating belt charged due to peeling discharge generated when peeling off a sheet with a fixed toner image from the heating belt. SOLUTION: A spacer 53 disposed near both longitudinal end parts of a base member 50 is brought in contact with the surface of the heating belt 32, to position a holding part 57 for the base member 50. A separating member 51 is held on the surface side of the holding part 57, and a discharging member 52 is held on the rear side of the holding part 57. Thus, the separating part 67 of the separating member 51 and the discharging part 68 of the discharging member 52 are highly accurately positioned related to the surface of the heating belt 32 via fine gaps G1 and G2 respectively.
