PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature information output device which increases a temperature range in which the device can be operated, even if it does not increase any area of the temperature information output device. SOLUTION: The temperature information output device includes a bandgap part 100 which outputs a first voltage corresponding to the temperature which is sensed, and an analog-digital conversion part 200 which receives the first voltage, outputs a digital code which has temperature information, and has different resolution according to temperature segment by the digital code.
