PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently ensure on-ice/snow performance on the so-called extremely lowμroad surface by intermittently generating peaky tangential force while maintaining eccentric wear-resistance. SOLUTION: Circumferential sipes 23 extending in a tire circumferential direction C and dividing them to a pair of small blocks 21 are formed on a central portion in a tire width direction W of respective blocks 19, and a phase of the pair of small blocks 21 in the respective blocks 19 is deviated in the tire circumferential direction C by 30-40% of block length Mp of the small block 21. The respective communication sipes 17 are inclined by 60-80°relative to the tire circumferential direction respectively, and the respective communication sipes 17 have an enlargement part 17a of a circular cross section on a sipe bottom side respectively.
