PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carton cover which fits the atmosphere of a living room as an interior, and is easy to grasp. SOLUTION: The carton cover to cover an outer face of a carton is constituted of a top face part having an opening, a pair of long side face parts and a pair of short side face parts. In the carton cover 10, projecting claws 6 are provided on lower ends of the short side face parts 14 and 15, and inward turning parts 7 are provided on inner sides of the short side face parts 14 and 15.
