PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fire emergency evacuation guidance system using an elevator, safely and efficiently evacuating visitors, even in a variety of fire spread states other than states generally envisioned. SOLUTION: The fire emergency evacuation guidance system comprises: a fire environment detection means 8 detecting fire environmental information; person detection means 9, 10 detecting existence/nonexistence of a person; and control means 11, 12, 13 controlling operation of the elevator 7 based on the fire environmental information and existence/nonexistence information of the person. The control means sets the preferential order of arrival of the elevator 7 at the floors in accordance with a set reference that is set in advance for each of a plurality of floors where there are persons, based on the fire environmental information from a floor 2a under fire and existence/nonexistence information of person on each floor. When the fire environmental information exceeding a safety tolerance value set in advance from a floor that is not set in the order is received before the completion of the operation of the elevator 7 according to the order, the order is reset to be a new order in which the first priority is given to the floor that sent the fire environmental information.
