PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a conventional basket for a two-wheeler or the like is subjected to the direct transmission of shocks, vibrations, motions, or the like; an article placed in the basket is damaged or broken; shocks, vibrations, motions, or the like must be reduced to avoid such damage or breakage by applying a brake, controlling the speed according to the state of a road surface; and it requires time for the movement because of the operation and cares must be taken for the travel. SOLUTION: To protect an article placed in a basket of a two-wheeler or the like, a net-like rubber net is placed in the basket in advance, the net-like rubber net is pulled in the vertical, right-to-left and longitudinal directions according to the weight of the article to be placed therein, the article is placed therein, and another net-like rubber net is covered thereon. The article is surrounded by the two net-like rubber nets and in a floating state in the air. Then, the article can be protected from damages or breakage by the shocks, vibrations, motions, or the like in the vertical, right-to-left and longitudinal directions.
