An internal alternator regulator and a manufacturing method thereby are provided to improve the workability and the productivity by obtaining the excellent thermal performance without additional adhesion of the heat sink. A header(10) in which three pins connected to the earth, a field coil, and a trio diode are prepared. A hybrid integrated circuit, a substrate(30) in which a freewheeling diode are built, a power transistor die(50) are adhered to the upper side of header. The substrate, the power transistor die and three pins are electrically connected to each other. A metal cap(90) is welded to the upper side of header. The substrate is adhered to the upper side of header by using the heat dissipation adhesive. The power transistor die is by the soldering.
