An underground water circulation system for geothermal cooling and heating is provided to easily install a feeding pipe and a feedback pipe by inserting them into a water outlet connector and a water inlet connector. An underground water circulation system for geothermal cooling and heating comprises an anti-fouling waterproofing casing(10), a feeding pipe(20), a feedback pipe(30), and a support member(40). The anti-fouling waterproofing casing comprises a coupling flange attached to the upper and lower end part; and a pair of water outlet and inlet connectors(13,14) penetrated to outdoor. The feeding pipe and a feedback pipe comprises a reducer to be fitted to the water outlet and inlet connector; and a support(24,34) supporting the anti-fouling waterproofing casing. A water pumping pipe(6) is integrally connected to the lower end of the feeding pipe. A water inlet pipe(8) is integrally connected to the lower end of the feedback pipe.
