A water level sensing apparatus for fuel filter of a vehicle is provided to apply an operation signal according to the water level based on the conduction between the sensing rods without grounding through the cartridge. A water level sensing apparatus for fuel filter of a vehicle comprises a body(110) having a protrusion(111) formed upward in the central part, a pair of sensing rods(120) which are installed at an interval on the protrusion of the body, a seal ring(150) which is installed to surround the peripheral part of the protrusion of the body, a circuit board(130) combined in the bottom of the sensing rods, and a power line(135) and a connector(131) connected to the circuit board.
