A device for reducing the fragments of the ribs under videothoracoscopic control consists of the locking element, the case 1 for installing the electrodes designed as a groove with half-rings 2 and the beveled cut at the proximal end. To this end, the handle 6 is connected with the aid of the locking sleeve 4 and the screw 5. At the distal end of the case, the metal extension 3 is screwed allowing for changing its functional position. The extension has the through opening for inserting the coagulating electrode for reducing the fragments of the ribs followed by the coagulation of the injured blood vessels. |
