PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing inspection method and an image processing inspection system for improving workability, and accelerating the processing speed. SOLUTION: The image processing inspection method has a photographic process S1 for continuously photographing an inspection object article along a continuous pattern; a nondefective article image forming process S3 for forming a nondefective article image, respectively corresponding to each of a plurality of photographed images acquired in the photographic process S1; and an inspection process for inspecting the existence of defect portions through comparison between each photographed image and the nondefective article image, respectively corresponding thereto. In the nondefective article image forming process S3, agreement rate is evaluated among a plurality of photographed images near a photographed image, with the exclusion of the photographed image which corresponds to a formed nondefective article image, and a nondefective article image is formed from a plurality of high-evaluation photographed images.
