PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cabinet which is equipped with a mechanism preventing the fall of a door and notifying a user of an abnormal state. SOLUTION: This cabinet comprises: a storage portion, the front of which is equipped with an opening; the door for covering the opening; and a connecting member which connects the door and the storage portion together, and which makes the door freely openable/closable with respect to the opening. The connecting member has a door fixing portion for fixing the door; and the door fixing portion is equipped with a door fixing screw for fixing the door to the door fixing portion when the door is fixed to the door fixing portion, and a disengagement prevention mechanism which prevents the door from being disengaged from the door fixing portion, when the door fixing screw comes off the door.
